The daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis also revealed she didn't 'fully understand' fame whilst growing up.

Tallulah Willis has opened up about her childhood in the spotlight, as well as her thoughts on her famous mum's relationship with Ashton Kutcher.

The 29-year-old, who is the daughter of A-Listers Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, revealed that she found it really ‘hard’ growing up with famous parents.

She also commented on her mum’s 15 year age gap relationship with Ashton Kutcher, saying she’s still ‘unpacking’ all the attention her family received.

The actor recently appeared in the reality series Stars On Mars – which sees famous faces experience life in a simulated version of outer space.

With the Australian Outback doubling the red planet, the celebs must survive the inhospitable environment - which saw the 29-year-old open up about her childhood in a candid moment.

In fact, the star revealed that she struggled to ‘fully understand’ who her parents were – whilst growing up in Idaho with Bruce Willis and Demi Moore.

She made the admission to fellow contestant and WWE star Ronda Rousey, as they talked about parenthood and fame.

“I knew my parents had this job that made them this thing and we got to do cool stuff, but I didn't fully understand,” confessed Tallulah.

The conversation soon turned to her mum’s relationship with That 70’s Show star Ashton Kutcher – with Willis saying it was the moment she realised how famous her family were.

Her mother, Moore, split from Willis in 2000, with the Ghost star sharing custody of their three children.

Shortly after this, she began dating Kutcher in 2003 and eventually tied the knot in 2005 with the then-25-year-old.

Due to their 15 year age gap, the relationship attracted intense media speculation about the Charlie’s Angels actor, with a then nine-year-old Tallulah becoming painfully aware of the spotlight on her loved ones.

“It was like 2003, my mum had just started dating Ashton,” she said, adding: “It was that moment, a lot going on and I really went inside of myself, and that did send me into like a total dumpster fire. It was really hard and I'm still unpacking.”

Sadly, Moore and Kutcher eventually divorced in 2013 after just six years of marriage.

Despite the ups and downs of her childhood, Tallulah has said that she has a strong connection with herself and her family – with them all quarantining together during COVID.

She said: “However, I found the other side of that, which is like I really love myself now and I love my family.”

Sounds like a picture-perfect family to us.
