Denise Richards has revealed that her husband helps her shoot her OnlyFans content.

The actor joined the paywall platform earlier this year, not long after her teenage daughter started her own page.

At the time, it was reported that the Scary Movie 3 star was charging fans $25 a month to get access to her catalogue.

Speaking to Jeff Lewis on Sirius XM, Richards said she doesn't see a problem with it after having done her fair share of modelling in the past.

And her husband also seems to approve.

The 51-year-old said: "I do bikini, I do lingerie, I do stuff that is sexier ’cause I also think, ‘Why not?’ if I’m able to do stuff outside of some of the more conservative stuff that’s on my Instagram.

"I do show my boobies, my tush. They’re already out there if you Google them.

"And Aaron takes a lot of my content for me. He knows what guys like."

Adding: "I ask him, I show him things, and say, 'What do you think?'"

Discussing her decision to join the site previously, Richards said she was spurred on by the criticism her daughter Sami, 18, received when she set up her account.

She said: "She mentioned to me she was going to do it. Quite frankly, I didn't even know or had heard of OnlyFans. I hadn't been on there, so I didn't really know.

"I had heard of it, and she reassured me that she was going to keep it to mainly bikini stuff and bathing suits and stuff like that.

"And then the reason I wanted to join is because she got so much backlash for that, that I didn't think it was really fair."

Adding: "I've done things in my career — I've done Playboy, I was in Wild Things, and I've done sexy shoots before, naughty movies, things like that.

"And sometimes people say nasty things, well a lot of time they do. But I thought, this is not fair that she's getting this much backlash when a lot of people post things like that, even just on Instagram."

One of those who spoke out against the news was Richards' ex, and Sami's dad, Charlie Sheen.

In a statement to USWeekly, the 56-year-old hit out at Richards for allowing their daughter to sign up to OnlyFans.

He said: "This did not occur under my roof. She is 18 years old now and living with her mother.

"I do not condone this but since I’m unable to prevent it, I urged her to keep it classy, creative and not sacrifice her integrity."
