Emma Watson is estimated to be worth a whopping $85 million (£63 million), with a lot of that coming from her days as Hermione Granger. 

Like Rupert Grint, her base salary for all of the Harry Potter films combined is thought to be around $70 million (£52 million) and at the peak of the Harry Potter craze, Emma was thought to be bringing in between $15-20 million (£11-15 million) a year.

Emma was at one point ranked as the sixth highest-paid actress in the world and listed as one of Forbes' ‘Most Valuable Young Stars’ in 2009. 

For her starring role in the 2017 film Beauty and the Beast, Emma is thought to have raked in $15 million (£11 million). She’s also thought to be picking up between $5-10 million (£3.7-£7.4 million) a year in endorsements.

Emma Watson isn’t married but she’s in a serious relationship with an American businessman called Leo Robinton. They started dating in 2019 and Emma has said she can see a future with him.

How old is Emma Watson?

Born on 15th April 990 in Paris, Emma turns 32-years-old on her birthday in 2022.

Emma was born to English parents, both lawyers, and first realised she wanted to be an actress at the age of six. Her parents enrolled her in Stagecoach Theatre Arts in Oxford.

Despite being set for life by 2007 with her Harry Potter earnings, Emma continued her education to university level and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Brown University in May 2014.

Emma is also a model and activist and in 2014, she was appointed a UN Women Goodwill Ambassador and helped to launch the UN Women campaign HeForShe, which advocates for gender equality.
