Eagle-eyed fans over on Twitter think they finally have proof The Weeknd and Angelina Jolie are dating.

Abel Tesfaye, known as The Weeknd, has just released his fifth album, Dawn FM.

The Canadian has never been secret about his relationships on past albums, and it seems his newest record is no different.

His song 'Here We Go... Again' has already gone viral on Twitter for its suggestive mentions of Abel’s relationship with a certain ‘movie star’.

Another user commented: “I love [the song] and here he is talking absolutely about Angelina Jolie.”

Well, happy for the weeknd and Angelina Jolie. Perfect together

Another wrote: “I'm 2 years younger than The Weeknd but he's a Grammy winner and probably dating Angelina Jolie. What am I doing with my life?”

Dawn FM was released today (7 January) and features the likes of Lil Wayne and Tyler, the Creator, alongside an unlikely feature from Jim Carrey.

The 59-year-old has taken on the role of a radio host for a number of tracks on the album.

The new unexpected bromance is one we all didn't know we needed and the pair have been exchanging kind words on Twitter.

Thank you for being a part of this. It’s kismet. Full circle 🥲 https://t.co/elXzYAkpYH

Earlier this week, The Weeknd sported a new aged-up look in a video to promote his new record.

We wonder how Angelina Jolie feels about the grandpa look.

No stranger to eccentric makeup, the singer previously adopted Botox prosthetics in the music video for 'Save Your Tears'.

He looked completely transformed and wore a red suit while forcing an audience member to press a gun against his head.

The musician then pulled the trigger and confetti came out, but nobody was too bothered about that - it was his swollen face which raised eyebrows.

It turned out it was the work of Prosthetic Renaissance, who took credit for the 'plastic surgery make up' on Instagram.
