Kate Winslet and Leo have been friends since meeting on the set of Titanic almost 20 years ago. So when DiCaprio fails to win Best Actor, she feels his pain.
Luckily that's no longer an issue after last night and when The Revenant star felt joy for winning, Kate felt it too.
Like, she REALLY felt it.

Obviously, Leo gave a very calm and collected speech after accepting his golden statue, but Kate, well she was on the verge of an emotional breakdown.
Leo and Kate are one of Hollywood's most notable relationships, even though it's a totally platonic one.
Winslet herself knows that people love it when the pair are pictured together.

Speaking to an interviewer earlier this month, she said: "People are always so excited to see Leo and myself in the same space, which, you know, at the end of the day, that's so lovely isn't it?
"It's been 20 years and people still get such a kick out of it. It's really quite endearing and we do laugh about it."

So Leo eventually won his Oscar, now we are collectively going to come together to see that Johnny Depp finally receives some justice.
