Norwegian Police Arrest Night King For Destroying 'The Wall'

The Night King from Game of Thrones has already made his mark on the final season with a terrifying, gruesome and bloody display just south of The Wall, but it seems as though he's got bigger problems than dragons and Winterfell.

Norwegian Police have finally caught up with the HBO series' villain and have chucked him in cuffs and a cell.

Better tell Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryan to call off the war because the cops up in Scandinavia have helped avoid mass catastrophe.

Writing on Facebook, the police service said: "The police have received many complaints about a man from the northern region involved in criminal activity. Complaints include animal cruelty and property damage (there have been reports of a wall being destroyed), as well as threats to lay vast areas of land desolate.

"Our night watch has now apprehended the man to deter any further criminal activity on his behalf."

Thank the Lord of Light; everyone in Westeros can rest easy now.

If he really was the Night King surely he'd just break out and lay siege to everyone in Norway.

The pictures have gone absolutely viral, with the original post being liked more than 34,000 times and shared by four thousand people.

There's no denying that 'Wall' moment at the end of Season Seven was one of the biggest of the whole series. It made it known that the Walkers were indeed heading south and pretty much everyone in the Seven Kingdoms was stuffed.

We now know they've reached one of the most northern towns in Westeros and killed everyone there. Safe to say it was one of the scariest moments in the whole series.

The Umber boy, who was sent back to his home town by Jon Snow, is found dismembered in a horrific pattern on the wall.

Just when you think he's a goner, his eyes open and they're blue (meaning he's a walker) and screams a horrific sound.

Thankfully the lads set him on fire quick smart and watch the spiral pattern erupt in flames, but audiences were still trying to pick up all the spilt popcorn at that moment.

HBO has already dropped the trailer for next week's episode and it looks set to be a doozy with Dany coming face to face with Jamie properly for the first time. That's set to be an awkward encounter - let's hope it plays out well for the Kingslayer.
