Inside the $1,000,000 Golden Globes 2026 gift bag that actors will receive

The $1,000,000 gift bags will be available to all presenters and winners

Famous faces at the 2026 Golden Globes will be receiving a gift worth $1,000,000 full of insane prizes and trips.

The Golden Globes will see the 2026 awards race, and long road to the Oscars, kick off in full, and various stars will be attending.

Whether it be actors battling it out for awards like The Rock, Timothée Chalamet, Ariana Grande, and Emma Stone, or simply the other celebs lucky enough to be invited, all winners and presenters will receive the gift bag and be allowed to choose up to nine prizes from it.

While previous years have seen similarly expensive gift bags that might as well have $1,000,000 stuffed in cash underneath their seats, this year’s appears to be the most extravagant of recent times.

You may be wondering why already exceptionally rich celebrities need gift bags full of free stuff, life-changing trips, and expensive liquor which they could afford at the drop of a hat. The answer is, they don’t, but the brands involved will donate their goodies for free to get the marketing associated with Sydney Sweeney maybe being pictured holding their stuff if they’re lucky.

Travel experiences

One of the main things these gift bags involve is crazy trips around the world.

The most expensive of these is a three-night stay in the Maldives at a six-bedroom villa, something which would set us mortals back $80,000, but five lucky celebs will be given it for free.

Arguably, the most unique of the prizes is a stay at The Muraka ‘the world’s first undersea residence’, followed by a stay at yet another Maldives villa, something that would normally be worth $70,000.

Add to that a $30,000 six night stay in New Zealand and a $60,000 luxury yacht charter in Indonesia, and attending a probably quite boring awards ceremony seems a worthwhile payoff to get access to these prizes.

Beauty, wellness, and booze

Nine of these set you back $210,000 (Golden Globes)

The other two sections of prizes covers beauty, wellness, wine, spirits, and cigars, and it has some fairly mind-bogglingly expensive prizes.

Did you know that a gym membership can be worth $7,500? Some of the lucky celebs who call dibs on it first will be getting access to DOGPOUND, and ‘exclusive full club rental experience at an ultra-private gym’.

One single attendee of the Globes will be getting by far the most expensive prize too – nine ultra-rare bottles of Liber Pater – which will be worth a whopping $210,000.

The prizes operate on, essentially, a first come first served dibs basis, and will be available to all winners and presenters.
