OOGA BOOGA Crash Bandicoot is back!
OK, he's back but it's not exactly how fans expected the triumphant return of everybody's favourite bandicoot.
His return is two-fold. Allow me to explain...

The original games everyone loved so much, Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2 and Crash Bandicoot: Warped are all being given huge remasters on the Playstation 4.
Synonymous with the PS1, Crash actually belongs to Activision, so any stand-alone game will be up to them to create.
However, his big return will be as part of the Skylanders Imaginators. Crash is going to be added to the franchise alongside Spyro the Dragon, but only on PS3 and PS4.

This year's Skylanders will feature Crash as a 'sensei' character and toy, allowing him to teach characters created by players his skills.
They've managed to get original voice actress Jess Harnell back, as well as his abilities to do spin attacks, use a jet pack and perform special Sky-Chi attacks using a yo-yo.
The game itself is due for release on October 14th.
That date could not come soon enough.
