The Mountain and his 'tiny' wife's latest height comparison leaves followers in disbelief
Game of Thrones’ Hafþór Björnsson has shared yet another adorable height comparison video with his ‘tiny’ wife Kelsey, which demonstrates just how massive the Mountain really is.
The Icelandic strongman is used to turning heads wherever he goes, but his enormous size didn’t occur by accident, and in a new video posted on wife Kelsey Henson’s Instagram, his pint-sized partner demonstrates exactly how tall her husband is.
In a video titled: “Life in Iceland with @thorbjornsson and his family be like," Björnsson can be seen standing with his hands in his pockets in an empty room with his 6”9 height captioned just above his head.

A moment later, Björnsson’s father springs into frame who, despite being much slimmer than his muscular son, is no less tall, with the 6”8 caption indicating he is only an inch shorter than his mountainous offspring.
Björnsson’s mother is the next in life, popping into the video looking considerably smaller than the Björnsson men but still holding her own at 5”9, before 5”2 Kelsey rounds out the family photo in an almost perfect triangle.
But it's not just genetics alone that have led The Mountain to become so massive, and during an interview with BroBible, the strongman was seen to be killing two birds by simultaneously 'chowing down on a bowl that appeared to contain a week's worth of meal prep'.
The reporter subsequently asked him to explain what he was eating, to which the heavyman explained: "Rice, steak - this was rib-eye I minced down - peppers, carrots, and there are supplements in here as well."
Although his size comes with its own set of problems, Björnsson says he likes being tall: “The only thing that has annoyed me being this tall and heavy is that you can't really fit anywhere... Otherwise, I'm proud to be tall."
His size certainly never ceases to impress wife Kelsey, who first met the giant back in 2017 when she was working as a waitress at a restaurant Hafþór happened to visit while in town competing in a strongman competition in town.
The couple initially hit it off after Kelsey asked him for a selfie, and the rest is history.
Earlier this year, Björnsson posted a picture of himself posing with a mug of coffee which looked utterly ridiculous when held in his huge hands.
Kelsey has also frequently taken to social media to answer some FAQs about the couple’s relationship.
When one Instagrammer bit the bullet and asked how the couple managed to kiss given their extreme size discrepancy, Kelsey responded: ‘ahha he bends, I tip toe. Or just say screw it, pick me up!’
Five years after their chance meeting the couple look happier than ever, and in 2020 the pair announced Kelsey had given birth to their first child.
They say opposites attract- looks like these two are proof of that.
