The Liver King's wife's insane testicle diet revealed in new documentary
Social media lets us see all sorts of things that we probably wish we never had but it seems like the more outrageous the better these days, when it comes to finding fame online.
While it might be worth trying some disgusting foods every now and then, dedicating yourself to doing it full-time takes some balls, which is more literal than you might think when it comes to The Liver King's diet.
The fitness influencer earned himself millions of followers on Instagram after he started posting videos of himself enjoying an 'ancestral' lifestyle and eating a raw meat diet, which seemingly includes a ton of testicles.
Although he was able to achieve an insanely muscular build on the back of this supposedly all-natural lifestyle, it was later discovered that the businessman was actually using steroids, and something of a downfall ensued.

This is all covered in Netflix's new documentary Untold: The Liver King, which follows the life of Brian Johnson, his wife Barbara and his two sons Stryker and Rad. It's not one for the faint-hearted, or for vegetarians, given that we see the family slaughter a bull before eating its organs with their bare hands.
And it seems as if the influencer has convinced his family that his lifestyle is well worth following, as his wife's crazy diet was also revealed in the show.
If you think you're boring eating the same cereal for breakfast every day, be thankful that you're not eating this for every meal, every single day.
Barbara's daily diet includes consuming three ounces of testicles per day with hot sauce, having one ounce at breakfast and one for dinner. You'd think that she'd be ready for something different, like a little sweet treat before bed but sadly not, as it's just another ounce of testicle before bed, ensuring she gets the proper energy for a good night sleep.
Considering the way the rest of the internet seemingly behaves, this probably involves mouth tape and waking up at 5am to dump her head in some fizzy ice water.
The mother-of-two, whose real name is Bozena, moved to America from Poland and was engaged to The Liver King just two months after meeting him. She abandoned a successful career as a dentist to start a new life as an influencer, launching Krowa Beauty, an edible, animal-based beauty brand, alongside her husband.
Even if you're desperate to become rich and famous, I'd probably leave the testicle eating to those on I'm a Celebrity. Because as much as these carnivores online might tell you otherwise, it's nice to have some fruits and veggies in your diet as well.
