The Imperfects season 2: Will it be renewed, release date, and cast

Love all thinks supernatural? Fans of The Umbrella Academy and The Order have been loving The Imperfects.

After the first ten episodes, fans are keen to know if there will be more coming any time soon.

Dubbed a “coming of rage” story by Netflix, it tells the tale of three twenty-somethings called Abbi, Juan and Tilda.

Due to some dubious science they are transformed into some famous monsters.

Will The Imperfects be renewed?

It all depends on how many people watch the first series! The powers that be at Netflix calculate the success of a show by how many people watch a series all the way through to the end within the first 30 days of release. If it's popular enough, then they'll renew the show for a second season.

Fingers crossed we should hear by the end of October if a new season is coming, if enough people watch it.

Keen for it to be renewed? Tell your friends!

When is The Imperfects season 2 coming out?

The debut season only came out at the start of September, so it’s safe to say that a second season will be a while off yet. Netflix’s usual speed of releasing shows has a gap of around a year to 18 months, so fans might have to wait until the end of 2023 or the start of 2024 for more if the show is renewed.

Who is in the cast of The Imperfects season 2?

It depends on if the show renews, but it’s assumed that the three lead stars would also get to continue on with their role. A Chupacabra, a Banshee and a Succubus aren’t the usual stars of a series, but fans have been loving it so far.

There’s one potential fly in the ointment if the series does renew though, as Iñaki Godoy (Juan) has been cast by Netflix in a major role for their forthcoming One Piece adaptation.

Fans are worried about a clash of schedules.

You might recognise Italia Ricci from Designated Survivor, Chasing Life and Supergirl.

The cast of the first series includes:
