Joe Rogan Says The Rock Could Make $2 Million Masturbating Twice A Day

Rogan reckons he may have hit upon a new revenue stream for the former WWE star

Joe Rogan has said Dwayne Johnson could pull in $2 million a day flogging just his sperm.

Now, Johnson - who is best known as The Rock - is one of Hollywood's most beloved actors as well as being one of the most followed people on Instagram.

Johnson has also previously topped highest paid actor lists, but Rogan reckons the former WWE star could pull in some extra cash in a slightly unusual way.

Speaking on The Joe Rogan Experience, he said: "Cryogenically frozen The Rock's [sperm] that's worth a million dollars.” If you say so, mate.

Warming to the idea, he went on: "So in my mind, it is 100 percent a million dollars at least, we are being conservative here.

"If The Rock can jerk off twice a day, he makes $2 million a day minimum."

Rogan’s podcast has been mired in controversy lately, with artists pulling their music from Spotify for allowing him to ‘spread misinformation’, and the pressure on him increased after a compilation of clips showed him using the N-word 24 times.

But seemingly proving the old adage that no publicity is bad publicity, Rogan was offered a whopping $100 million to move his show from Spotify to Rumble.

Last month, the video streaming platform Rumble shared a letter from CEO Chris Pavolvski, in which he seemingly offered 54-year-old Rogan the opportunity to move his show over to the site – for the same sum that Spotify reportedly paid.

The letter reads: "How about you bring all your shows to Rumble, both old and new, with no censorship, for 100 million bucks over four years?

"This is our chance to save the world. And yes, this is totally legit."

However, it appears as though Spotify is keen to keep hold of Rogan, with CEO Daniel Ek making it clear he doesn't want to part ways.

In a message to employees, he said: "While I strongly condemn what Joe has said and I agree with his decision to remove past episodes from our platform, I realise some will want more.

"And I want to make one point very clear – I do not believe that silencing Joe is the answer."

He added that he was 'deeply sorry' for the impact the controversy was having on Spotify's workforce.

He continued: "We should have clear lines around content and take action when they are crossed, but cancelling voices is a slippery slope. Looking at the issue more broadly, it’s critical thinking and open debate that powers real and necessary progress."
