Kim Kardashian breaks down over divorce and reveals she wants the 'old Kanye back'

A teaser for next week’s episode shows Khloé and Kim sitting on the couch, having a heart-to-heart about Kim’s recent divorce.

Next week's episode of The Kardashians is set to tackle Kim Kardashian and Kanye ‘Ye’ West’s divorce.

A teaser for next week’s episode, which dropped alongside this week’s, shows Khloé and Kim sitting on the couch, having a heart-to-heart about Kim’s recent divorce.

“Are you okay?,” asks sister Khloé.

“I’m not okay,” cries Kim. “I just can’t.”

Kim filed for a divorce from the American rapper in early 2021; however, the divorce wasn’t finalised until November last year.

Season 3 of The Kardashians began filming in October 2022 and covers the period around the couple's divorce.

“It’s so different from the person I married,” said Kim to Khloé, likely referencing the problematic and anti-Semitic remarks Kanye made late last year.

“That’s who I loved and that’s who I remember,” said the reality TV star, who was clearly still processing the pain and grief from her recent split.

“I’ll do anything to get that person back,” she cries.

“I don't know how Kim handles everything with her ex-husband,” said Kylie Jenner in the season three trailer.

“He has made the most insane narrative. We stay silent through all the lies for my kids,” Kim said in the trailer.

After their split, Kim briefly dated Pete Davidson, which led to the Donda rapper sharing hateful and public attacks on the comedian, among other outbursts.

Kim and Kayne got married in 2014 and have four kids together; North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.

“I’m really good at being calm when there’s turbulence but this has been a whirlwind of a year,” said matriarch Kris Jenner, referring to her daughter's recent divorce.

Episode seven of The Kardashians is set to drop on 6 July on Disney + in Australia and the UK. In the US you can catch the episode on Hulu.
