Carmen Electra Has Joined OnlyFans To Take Control Of Her Image

Carmen Electra Has Joined OnlyFans To Take Control Of Her Image

She said the new account will allow her to be 'a little bit more intimate' with her subscribers.

Carmen Electra is taking her image into her own hands and has signed up to OnlyFans.

The move comes after the 50-year-old sex symbol filed a lawsuit against multiple strip clubs.

She and dozens of other professional models sued the clubs for using their names and likenesses without consent on club promotional material, according to legal media outlet Law & Crime.

So now Electra is making sure she owns her images.

She made her cheeky announcement to followers on Instagram, teasing that she would be joining the subscription-based platform.

"The secret is out! I've launched an OnlyFans page," Electra posted on social media.

"I'm going to be posting exclusive never before seen photos and videos, including behind-the-scenes, selfies, special requests and more."

For those out there that aren't aware, OnlyFans is a subscription-based social media platform where users can sell and/or purchase original content with many using the site to sell nudes or steamy videos.

Her new OnlyFans profile will include 'more sexy, classy pictures and videos' that will allow her to be 'a little bit more intimate' with her subscribers in one-on-one paid interactions.

Plus, if the 50-year-old sex symbol wants 'to show a little bit more' skin, she won't have to censor anything with a strategically placed emoji as is required on Instagram.

The Baywatch star sat down with People to explain why she has decided to take the plunge in the OnlyFans pool.

"I just felt like, 'Yeah, I need to do this,'" she said.

"I, for once, have this opportunity to be my own boss and have my own creative vision to share with my fans without someone standing over me, telling me, 'Don't do this, don't do that. Cover up this.'"

After Electra's strip club lawsuit, the Baywatch star said there was no better way to take back control over her photos and how she chooses to use them.

"People are going to do what they want to do anyway with your photos, you might as well be in control of them and follow what you feel like doing inside," she said.

Electra's first posts have so far featured content from her 50th birthday trip to Palm Springs.

For now, her account is free to subscribe to, however fans will be required to pay to unlock her more saucy content.
