People can't believe it's the 'Someone Like You' singer.

Adele has been wowing and surprising her fans around the world with her sporadic posts on social media.

Whether she's dancing along to her Glastonbury set or showing off her dramatic physical transformation, it seems like every post attracts a lot of attention.

But her latest one has copped a lot of love.

Donning a Jamaican bikini top, colourful leggings, a yellow feathered add-on and her hair in tight buns (also known as Bantu knots), Adele has certainly set social media on fire today.

She also added in a caption to help explain the wild look, writing: "Happy what would be Notting Hill Carnival my beloved London."

While loads of people celebrated the outfit, some people clearly weren't happy with what they called cultural appropriation. However, there were plenty to leapt to the singer's defence.

One person wrote: "She is from London and is part of the culture here so just stop and acknowledge she's paying homage."

Another added: "Jamaica motto: Out of many one people. Wi little but wi talawah. Stop discriminate people in the comment. If you don't have anything good to say close your damn mouth."

A third said: "For all the haters: this look was probably done by a black woman. She also celebrated with black people. None of them had an issue with that obviously. She is celebrating the culture, not making fun of it."

Many people couldn't even believe it was the 25 artist, with some suggesting it looked more like Katy Perry or someone entirely different.

But it definitely is Adele and she looks like she's absolutely loving life. Naturally people are begging to know when she might release her highly anticipated next album, but sadly there's no update on that.

Instead, we just keep getting epic photos from the singer and we have to be happy with that. Her throwback to her 2016 Glastonbury set was particularly brilliant.

Highlights from previous festivals have been aired this year - in lieu of an actual festival - and 32-year-old Adele was watching on as her headline set from the Pyramid Stage was shown.

In a rare Instagram post, the singer - whose full name is Adele Laurie Blue Adkins - revealed she had put on her dress from the performance as she watched on '5 ciders in'.
