Kanye West has been spotted in Germany and Venice sporting some very interesting face masks.

The rapper was first pictured inside a building in Berlin with something you might see on Halloween.

It was a pale, off-white, mask that covered his entire face and head.

The mask only had holes for Kanye's eyes, mouth and nose, which begged the question of whether he could hear much.

He was also seen rocking the Balenciaga x Crocs gumboots, which casually cost nearly $1,000.

People on social media couldn't believe their eyes when they saw the rapper in the strange headgear.

One person said: "What the f**k is he wearing? It looks like a mask of a creepy white person/monster hybrid. Or Max Headroom's face."

Another added: "MF is like one of the biggest rapper, designers, celebrities, people, billionaire and he's just flying economy with a white face mask on."

A third wrote: "This might be my favourite Kanye era in a while. Just showing and doing dope s**t in a mask."

A few days later, he was seen at a wedding in Venice where he busted out a few songs.

It was the first time he has performed live in several years and it seems like his big face mask made it difficult for him to sing his classic hit 'Runaway'.

Not only that, but it was also the first time he had performed his old 'secular' music, which he previously said he wouldn't do after becoming more Christian.

Social media posts from the wedding of D'Estree founder Geraldine Guiotte and Tiffany & Co executive vice president Alexander Arnault show he also sang 'Flashing Lights', 'Come to Life' and 'Believe What I Say'.

Kanye, Vory and 88-Keys were dressed in a similar style, sporting oversized jackets, Balenciaga x Crocs gumboots and black face masks.

Jay Z and Beyonce were also reportedly at the Venice wedding.
