Are Viagogo tickets legitimate?

To avoid tickets scams and ensure a money-back guarantee, it's recommended that you always purchase resale tickets through verified sites such as Viagogo and StubHub.

But how reliable are they really?

Viagogo told LADbible: "Resale is legal and highly regulated in the UK. On Viagogo, fans are protected by the guarantee.

This means that fans receive their tickets in time for the event and in the rare event of an issue, they are offered replacement tickets or their money back."

Experts also recommend paying for resale tickets on a credit card, as you'd be eligible for a refund from your provider in the unlikely event of your tickets not being legitimate.
