The new trailer for Squid Game: The Challenge has dropped - but it's left some fans concerned.

Since the trailer dropped, fans of the original show are sharing their thoughts on the new reality spin-off.

Squid Game: The Challenge's synopsis reads: "456 real players will enter the competition show in pursuit of a life-changing reward of USD $4.56 million.

"As they compete through a series of games inspired by the original show - plus surprising new additions - their strategies, alliances, and character will be put to the test while competitors are eliminated around them."

The series is set to air on Netflix on the 22 November.

With the original Squid Game seeing contestants die if they didn't successfully complete a challenge, people will be pleased to know that this won't be the case in the real-life version (obviously).

But they will still do some terrifying challenges similar to the ones seen in the fictional programme.

Remember that giant creepy doll from Squid Game where people had to move as close to it without being caught? Well, she's back again.

The scary doll is back once again.

The contestants also have to do the same challenge where they'll be walking across a plank and trying to find the right tiles to stand on without being catapulted off.

Sharing their thoughts on the new series, one person penned on social media: "It's all fun and games until the show becomes reality."

"Wait until they start killing people in the second episode," said another.

A third went on: "Nah you you got to be kidding me, that’s insane."

Elsewhere, people expressed their excitement for its release.

"I love this vibe," one person wrote, as another said: "Can’t wait, best show to come out of Netflix."

Someone else went on: "Can't wait!!!!! So hyped for this!!!!!"
