New York City restaurant owner labels James Corden 'the most abusive customer'

James Corden has been labeled the 'most abusive customer' by the owner of a New York City restaurant.

Keith McNally, who owns Balthazar in the Big Apple, did not hold back when he revealed he had banned the TV talk show host from his establishment.

The 71-year-old ripped into the British funnyman and accused him of being disrespectful to restaurant staff.

"James Corden is a Hugely gifted comedian, but a tiny Cretin of a man," McNally wrote.

"And the most abusive customer to my Balthazar servers since the restaurant opened 25 years ago.

"I don't often 86 a customer, to today I 86'd Corden. It did not make me laugh."

He detailed two experiences where Corden was less than impressed with the service at Balthazar.

On one alleged incident, Corden was apparently 'extremely nasty' after finding a hair in his meal and demanded to have free drinks.

The other alleged moment happened when the TV host was fuming after seeing some egg whites in his egg yolk omelette.

When the restaurant made his meal again, they apparently sent it out with fries instead a salad and that certainly didn't help the situation.

Keith McNally believed that was enough grounds to ban him from the premises.

However, word clearly spread fast and Corden seemingly hopped on the phone to smooth things over.

McNally has uploaded a new post to Instagram revealing that the 44-year-old has since apologised.

He wrote: "James Corden just called me and apologized profusely.

"Having f**ked up myself more than most people, I strongly believe in second chances.

"So if James Corden lets me host his Late Late Show for 9 months, I’ll immediately rescind his ban from Balthazar.

"No, of course not.

"But....anyone magnanimous enough to apologize to a deadbeat layabout like me (and my staff) doesn’t deserve to be banned from anywhere. Especially Balthazar."

He said Corden is welcome back to his establishment whenever he likes.

You can bet your bottom dollar that the staff will be going into overdrive to make sure everything is absolutely perfect.
