While Anderson did not disclose the mystery man, she did say that she knew he was cheating after catching him 'washing his penis in the sink'.
The 55-year-old fell in love with this man shortly after graduating high school, but things quickly became sour after Anderson realised he was cheating when they moved in together.
Speaking in Pamela, a love story, the actor said: "I went on the ferry, and I got [to Vancouver], and eventually I met somebody, and I moved in with him.

"He was having an affair with somebody. When you see your boyfriend washing his penis in the sink, that's a sign that they're probably having an affair."
The Baywatch star has always kept a diary, and she reveals what exactly she wrote down that proved pivotal in their relationship.
In the doc, Anderson said: "I wrote down, washing penis in the sink - suspicious.'"
Imagine reading that entry.

But looking back, Anderson is now seeing the funny side to the whole situation, she said: "Looking back it's funny, but in the moment you're horrified."
The new documentary about Anderson is being released on Netflix as the actor hopes to reclaim her story.
Last year's Pam & Tommy was said to follow the 'true story' of the infamous stolen sex tape involving Anderson and Tommy Lee, but Anderson was left 'violated' and 'heartbroken' at it.
Speaking on a recent episode of The Howard Stern Show, Anderson said: "I remember seeing this advert for Pam & Tommy and was like, 'What the hell is this?'

"No one called me, I'm still alive, no one asked me, it's nothing to do with me.
"I felt kinda run over by that one.
"I don't think they portrayed Tommy or I very accurately.

"I haven't seen it but I've heard from people that it's a very shallow representation of us.
"I wish they would've called."
Lily James played Anderson in Pam & Tommy, but Anderson does not blame her, more the creators.
Meanwhile, as per the Daily Mail, James said she is looking forward to watching Pamela, a love story.
She said: "I can't wait to watch and learn more.
"Of course we could only do our best based on the information we had, so for her to be able to tell her story is so important.
"I'll be watching along with the rest of the world. I'm eager to see what she says and hear what it's all about."
