Porn star embarrassed with his small penis is considering surgery to have it extended

A porn star embarrassed with the size of his penis is considering getting surgery to make it larger, and he's going on E4's new show to see what it'd look like.

48-year-old Steven Barrett works as a carpenter as his day-to-day job but also has a side hustle as a porn star.

However, he's not happy with his body as he believes his penis is too small compared to his adult-film co-stars, with many of them boasting something more than twice as long between their legs.

In his quest for a 'porn star penis', Steven is considering going under the knife and getting surgery to increase the length of his penis, though he wants to know what it'll look like before signing off on surgery.

Since he wants to be 'more than average', he's going on E4's new show Send Nudes: Body SOS, in which people get avatars of their own naked body made to test out changes they want to make.

Standing in front of over 100 cameras to generate as accurate an image as possible of their bodies, people who go on the show then get presented with what they would look like with the body modifications they're hoping for.

The before and after images of their CGI avatars then get submitted to a panel of 50 strangers who vote on whether or not they think the surgery should go ahead.

This won't be the first time Barrett has bared all on national television, having previously appeared on Naked Attraction.

Speaking to The Sun, he said when it comes to penis size in the porn industry it's 'all blown up to extreme and bigger is best'.

While Steven is packing four inches when soft and seven-and-a-half inches while hard, which is nowhere near small in the normal world, some of his co-stars have penis that's a nine or 10 inches long.

He said it's got him 'thinking I should be like those other people', and he decided getting onto Send Nudes: Body SOS would be a good way to canvas opinion on the topic before such a momentous choice.

Steven's on the show to get the opinions of people who don't know him, and he hopes they'll be able to give him impartial advice to help him decide whether he should go under the knife.

He said: "When I heard about Send Nudes, I thought it would be an eye opener to know what the public think when it comes to whether or not I need surgery, or am I just like everyone else?

"You're confronted with this amazing avatar in your likeness but it's not like looking in the mirror, when you look at the best bits."

"This is no holds barred and it is the experience of a lifetime."

He did say the feedback he got made him feel better about himself, and as part of the show he got the full lowdown on the surgery he could get to make his penis larger.

The operations he could go in for would cost thousands of pounds and come with a list of potential complications, including huge scars or potential lumps.
