The multi-award-winning Ross King has been in the TV industry for a long time now. He is one of Britain’s most charismatic and versatile performers, who has worked not only on TV and radio but also performed on the stage and screen.

After making his first appearance on stage back in 1966 at the age of four, to say his long career has been a success would be an understatement. So after all these years, how much is Ross King worth now?

Ross King was born in Glasgow in February 1962.

This Scottish television presenter is best known for being the Los Angeles correspondent for ITV’s Breakfast shows, Lorraine and Good Morning Britain

As of 2022, King’s net worth is estimated to be around $5 million, with his income primarily coming from his career as a television personality.

Over his years in the industry, King has accumulated a good fortune, but prefers to live a modest lifestyle.

At the age of just seventeen, King ventured into the world of radio.

He appeared on Radio Clyde, presenting the Saturday morning flagship, King’s Clyde Countdown and The Lunchtime Show.

It then took King only two years to make his debut on television.

He presented a CITV children’s show called Young Krypton in 1988, which was based on The Krypton Factor

From 1993 to 2010, King’s career really began to kick off. He became the Los Angeles correspondent on GMTV and after it ended in 2010, he continued to be the LA correspondent for its replacement shows Daybreak and Lorraine

In 2000, he crossed overseas and began living in Los Angeles where he secured roles in multiple films, working with Steven Seagal and appearing in the 2004 film The Day After Tomorrow.

Across his career, King has also starred in stage productions of The Rocky Horror Show, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Guys and Dolls.

Since then, King’s career has not slowed down. In 2018 he received an MBE from The Queen for his services to Broadcasting, the Arts and Charity.

On top of that, in 2020 King was also awarded the prestigious President’s Award from the Los Angeles British-American Business Council in recognition of his efforts and achievements on both sides of the Atlantic.

Nowadays Ross can now be seen daily in both the UK and Europe on ITV’s top-rated morning shows Good Morning Britain & Lorraine as their US Correspondent.

In his time he has covered everything from the Oscars to more serious news like terrorist attacks.

King can also be seen regularly on BBC’s The Edit as well as Australia’s Channel 7’s News Show, The Latest.
