Shania Twain’s ‘Man! I Feel Like A Woman’ has been named the best karaoke song in the world

Shania Twain’s ‘Man! I Feel Like A Woman’ has been named the best karaoke song in the world

Now that has to be the pinnacle of a music career right there.

Shania Twain has been crowned the Queen of karaoke with her 1998 classic 'Man! I Feel Like A Woman'.

The Canadian singer took out the top gong in the Billboard's rankings of the greatest karaoke songs of all time.

While there has not been any official comment from Shania just yet - we assume she has been rendered speechless - the music experts have spoken.

And let's be real, there is no adrenaline rush like hearing those three words: "Let's go girls."

According to Billboard, 'you don’t need to be in Nashville to perform this country classic'.

"It’s a crossover smash in every sense of the word ... [and] honestly, it might be even more fun to see a guy tackle it," the outlet declared.

Kiki Park, owner of Kiki Karaoke in Los Angeles, reckons this song is the 'best entertainment'.

However Kiki's husband Joey offers a more masculine approach when it comes to belting out the ultimate singalong tune.

"There’s what I call the 'cool-guy copout'," Park explained to Billboard.

Basically, this is when a guy needs to sing something and decides to go for the sarcastic route.

Little does he know he's just checked his toxic masculinity at the door with his ego because, by the end of the song, the whole room is on his side.

Park added: "They’re like, 'All right, we get it. You’ve destroyed your ego to a degree, as best as you can, despite doing it in more of a cop-out way'."

'Man! I Feel Like A Woman' was up against some stiff competition.

Imagine all those crowd pleaser songs that you could ask for at the karaoke bar and Shania's 1998 hit managed to come out on top.

Billboard was kind enough to give us a Top 10 list just to give some other tracks a chance to shine.

The outlet put the Backstreet Boys' iconic anthem 'I Want It That Way' in at number two, followed by Gloria Gaynor's 'I Will Survive'.

Honestly, those three tracks back-to-back would ensure your karaoke night was memorable.

It would be a crime for Queen's 'Bohemian Rhapsody' not to feature in a list like this and thankfully it came in at number four.

Billboard chucked the Bradley Cooper x Lady Gaga collaboration 'Shallow' in the number five spot and it's the most modern song on the list.

'You Oughta Know' by Alanis Morissette copped the sixth entry on the list, followed by Nicki Minaj's 'Super Bass', which was another relatively modern addition.

Garth Brooks' 'Friends in Low Places' came in at number eight, while Bonnie Tyler incredible 'Total Eclipse of the Heart' was the ninth entry.

The final song on the list went to 'The Boy Is Mine' by Brandy and Monica.
