After fans endured six weeks of questioning, the season finale finally revealed who the perpetrator was behind the awful coordinated terror attacks.

Initially, the officer had to deal with a bomb scare in Westhaven council estate after having to deal with the loss of both her best friend Joel Nutkins (Adrian Lester) and brother Billy (Ewan Mitchell) who died in targeted attacks by a far-right extremist group.

In a shocking turn of events in the last episode, it was revealed to be none other than Karl Maguire (Warren Brown).

Home-viewers took to the social media platform to share their thoughts on the season finale - and fans just couldn’t get enough.

One viewer wrote about the show: “I mean I’m still in shock it was Karl, I’m not going to lie. I’m sad he was took oot the game he was too beautiful to die but needs must [sic],” they quipped.
