Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeawaywill FINALLY be back on the telly this February after two years off air, the show revealed today.

The news was revealed in a trailer that was tweeted from the official account, promising to be the 'best ever' series.

In the new teaser, the pair can be seen in a boardroom coming up with ideas for the new series, before they start to perform a song about the new features.

According to their song, there will be old favourites, with clips shown from the previous series. The programme came off air in March 2018, when Ant had a car accident, meaning Dec had to present the rest of it on his own.

The pair are finally back together.

But with the pair reuniting for I'm A Celeb this year, it was just a matter of time before we saw the popular Saturday night series renewed.

Ant missed the show last year - being replaced by Holly Willoughby - in the wake of the drink-driving incident.

He pleaded guilty to the offence in court, receiving a 20-month driving ban and a fine of £86,000 - the highest-ever penalty for drink-driving in the UK.

In August 2018, he announced he would be taking a break from television duties to focus on his recovery.

Unsurprisingly, the lads' reunion was met with widespread support from fans and the dynamic duo have proved they're well and truly back with their NTA win this week, winning best presenter at the National Television Awards for the 19th year running.

Yep, the comedy duo have absolutely dominated this category for the past two decades, winning every year since 2001.

This time around they fought off stiff competition from the likes of Phillip Schofield, Bradley Walsh, Holly Willoughby and Graham Norton.

Evidently not in that category, though, was Bradley Walsh, who looked... well, somewhat unimpressed. Watch the footage below:

Priceless.

However, as you can see in the footage, Bradley - whose show The Chase was also nominated - looked like any one of us might do after learning we'd lost out, grimacing and muttering something unintelligible (but presumably not polite) at the camera.

Earlier in the evening, the Geordie pair had jointly collected the gong for Best Presenter, but when Strictly Come Dancing's Oti and Motsi announced that the Ant-and-Dec-hosted I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! had won the Bruce Forsyth Entertainment Award, the audience erupted into cheers.

An exact date for the return of Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway hasn't been set just yet.
