People went understandably wild when it was revealed the chaotic but heart-warming series Beauty and the Geek was coming back to Australia for 2021.
If you haven't seen the programme before, it's kind of like The Bachelor, however they recruit nerdy and geeky men and beautiful and stunning women.
They attempt to give the blokes a bit of a glow-up while helping the women broaden their intelligence.

If it sounds like it's up your alley then you'll be delighted to know that Channel 9 has opened applications for next year's season.
People wanting to apply need to be between the ages of 18 and 35, be available for filming for a seven weeks next year and be up for 'fun'.
"Big-hearted beauties and geeky guys will pair up to compete for a big cash prize," the casting call says.

"There are challenges in each episode testing the beauties on primarily academic subjects and another that has the geeks competing in a more popular social realm. The winners of the challenges select two teams to compete against each other in an elimination quiz. The team with the least correct answers is eliminated."
It will only take you around 20 minutes to complete the online application and Channel 9 is expecting to be filming the series between mid-January and March next year. In addition to answering the questions, you'll have to upload two pictures of yourself and then a video explaining why you should be picked.
Obviously, producers want people who are looking for love and aren't just in it for the momentary fame.
Applications will close in November 16, so you better get cracking. Here's the link to apply.

The show will be hosted by Sophie Monk and it will no doubt pull at the heartstrings (and brainstrings for the big quiz).
But that wasn't the only big announcement Channel 9 made when it revealed Beauty and the Geek was coming back to our tellies. The network said Married at First Sight would be returning, as well as Celebrity Apprentice Australia, which will be the first time the show has run in six years.
We'll also be copping The Block, Love Island Australia, Australian Ninja Warrior, Travel Guides, LEGO Masters and Mega Zoo.
