Britain's Got Talent fans are convinced they spotted a slight wardrobe malfunction with judge Amanda Holden's dress last night, claiming they could see her 'nipples'.

Holden, 49, was wearing a full-length blue sparkly gown for yesterday's semi-final, which had a low-cut neckline.

While some viewers took to Twitter to say they simply found the dress a 'little revealing', others said they thought they could actually see part of her, ahem, chest - especially when the camera angle moved to capture her from the side.

One person tweeted: "Is Amanda showing nips?!?"

Someone else asked, adding an embarrassed emoji: "Are Amanda's nipples on show?"

Another said: "Is it me or can you see Amanda's nipples?"

However, some people argued what could be seen was merely a shadow - likely from Holden's microphone, which was attached to the front of her dress.

Flagging the unfortunate illusion, someone tweeted: "Just me, or does Amanda's dress make it look like her nipples are out?"

A second added: "Amanda's nipple shadow is going to distract me every time it cuts to her."

Holden has previously come under fire before for wearing 'inappropriate' outfits on the 'family show' - with one Julien Macdonald dress she wore becoming the most complained-about in 2017.

But it's not just Holden's choice of fashion that has had Britain's Got Talent viewers all riled up recently.

Earlier this week, Ofcom confirmed it had received almost 2,000 fresh complaints after judge Alesha Dixon wore a Black Lives Matter necklace last weekend.

A spokesperson from the broadcasting watchdog told LADbible: "We are assessing these complaints against our broadcasting rules, but are yet to decide whether or not to investigate."

Although the nature of the complaints has not been revealed, it comes after the 41-year-old judge wore a gold necklace that carried the letters 'BLM'.

Ofcom also received more than 24,000 complaints over Diversity's performance inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement, which referenced the killing of George Floyd in the US.

It became the second most complained about TV moment of the decade, but Ofcom said it would not be investigating - while ITV said it would be standing by Diversity and supported the dancers.

A statement read: "Britain's Got Talent has always been an inclusive show, which showcases diversity and supports strong storytelling in all forms and ITV stands behind the decision to broadcast Diversity's performance on BGT.

"Ashley [Banjo] and the group are a great example of the talent, creativity and diversity of modern Britain and their performance was an authentic, heartfelt response to many of the issues and events which have affected society in 2020."
