WARNING: SAS: WHO DARES WINS SPOILERS LIE AHEAD

Fans have shared their horror at the interrogation process during the final episode of SAS: Who Dares Wins.

With barely any food, little water and psychologically demanding conditions, the recruits were hooded and exposed to endless white noise with brutal questions fired at them in a bid to break the remaining few.

The punishing conditions and continued mental pressure prove too much for some with a couple voluntarily withdrawing.

Viewers have taken to social media with many admitting that they wouldn't be able to tolerate that stage of the process.

On Twitter, one wrote: "Why put yourself through all this hell, when there's not even a prize for the winner?!"

Another added: "I hate this episode of #saswhodareswins feel uncomfortable asf [as f***] watching it. The mental and psychological effects the recruits during the last 48 jheez. Fair f****** play."

A third commented: "Interrogation wouldn't work on anyone with a short fuse #SASWhoDaresWins."

During the interrogation process viewers were shocked to watch as 19-year-old Justine asked to see the 'umpire' (the man whose beard we see, and nothing else). She went on to voluntarily withdraw from the course.

Speaking to Justine, Ant Middleton told her: "You have done absolutely amazing. You are 18 and I can't believe how far you have come. You have been absolutely amazing, you have been an absolute pleasure to have on my course."

After the interrogation process came to a close, four recruits were left: Tyler, Connor, Adam and Kieran.

The recruits were then subjected to a brutal sickener awaiting them on Dun Caan - a mountain in Scotland - with two recruits, Tyler and then Adam, being culled by the directing staff (DS).

The final test was designed by the DS to push the recruits to breaking point. Only the physically and mentally elite will have what it takes to pass selection.

Connor and Kieran were the two recruits left to reach the end of the course, they both went on to pass.

The series came to a close reminding us all that we can apply for the next instalment. So... if you think you've got what it takes to pass SAS selection, click here.
