Meet Jake Williams. He's the man living a 'hermit-like lifestyle' who eats roadkill stir-fry, has spent half of his life off grid and says he has his heart set on marrying a Kardashian:
Jake moved into his remote cottage with the hope of it eventually turning into a hippy commune. Now, 40 years later he's still there alone and feels it's time to settle down with someone.

But for now, the 70-year-old former seaman has his two cats to keep him company while he dined on roadkill stir-fries.
Appearing on Channel 5 series Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild, Jake explains: "I never intended to live on my own for so long but I've survived. I'm happy and I love my wild life but I would like to share my life with someone else.
"I'm getting older and I'm going to need some young people to help me run the place. I'm going to marry a Kardashian and have loads of children. Seriously though, I would like to meet someone pleasant.
"I was married years ago but it fizzled out. Maybe if that book Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus was around back then I might still be married. I'm always hopeful."

When it comes to his diet, Jake says he's luckily never gone hungry but adds that he regularly dines on roadkill.
Speaking to Ben about the meal he's preparing, he said: "Kale and spring onion. I've got some mint and parsley here for some kind of salad.
"I've got the remains of a pheasant that I found killed on the road yesterday and it's already cooked... and there's plenty of other stuff."

Jake's episode will air on Channel 5 tonight (26 January) at 9pm - but he won't be watching it because he doesn't own a telly.
