Good news, folks, as tonight you'll not only be getting the first episode of The End of the F***ing World season two, you'll be getting another to binge on straight after.

Things kick off this evening with a back-to-back billing of the first and second episodes of the long-awaited new series.

In fact, Channel 4 will be airing two new episodes every night from Monday 4 Thursday to Thursday 7 November, giving you a double bill each day from 10pm.

For viewers elsewhere in the world, it'll be available on Netflix from 5 November.

Based on the award-winning graphic novel, the eight-episode first season followed James (Alex Lawther) and Alyssa (Jessica Barden) - a 'self-proclaimed psychopath and a foul-mouthed rebel fed-up with her boring life'.

The two embarked on a road trip to find a better life while also escaping the 'impending doom of adulthood', developing a relationship as they took on a series of mishaps together.

The climactic ending to the first series saw James lying on the beach after being shot by police, while Alyssa got bundled off in handcuffs.

The trailer for season two, which dropped last month, which showed Alyssa recalling what happened to her boyfriend James while wedding dress shopping with her mum.

While we still don't know about James' fate, Jessica Barden has revealed what season two holds for her character, Alyssa, is not what viewers would expect.

Barden told UNILAD: "When Charlie [Covell] explained the whole series to me and what the story was going to be for Alyssa, knowing the Alyssa I played in the first series, I could actually see a tremendous benefit in playing the storyline Charlie had written for her."

She added: "Alyssa was the character people were so used to seeing as very outspoken, and the way she does things as different to other young women."

Barden continued: "I really loved that Charlie wrote something that was not at all what anybody would expect from her.

"I hope that it makes more sense as it goes on why we took that path, but I think it's really important to show how an outgoing character who's going to say everything that comes into their head and be able to protect themselves - sometimes those people struggle just as much as a quieter person might."

The End of the F***ing World will air on Channel 4 from Monday 4 to Thursday 7 November, with the entire series now also ready to watch on All 4.

Non-UK viewers can also catch it on Netflix from 5 November.
