Big Brother's Rhianna and Omar split as viewers call out 'uncomfortable' scenes

Big Brother stars Rhianna and Omar split up in tearful scenes that some viewers branded an ‘uncomfortable watch’.

For the last few weeks, Big Brother viewers have seen the pair embark on a tumultuous relationship with several arguments breaking out.

On Monday (19 October) night’s episode, the pair were involved in another spat with Rihanna left upset when Omar told her to ‘f**k off’.

Speaking to Yasmin, Rihanna said she was left feeling confused about their relationship.

“I don’t know what’s wrong with Omar, but it’s literally making me feel like I’ve constantly been doing something wrong,” she tearfully said.

“If he’s just in a mood or something, fine. But like it’s just making me feel like I’m going crazy.”

Later on, Rihanna and Omar got into a discussion, during which she accused him of being dismissive of her, which he objected to before calling her ‘immature’ after she said she struggled to express her emotions.

“I don’t know where you want to take it,” she admitted.

To which he replied: “Words don’t rectify this situation. Words don’t fix this, it’s action. You haven’t said anything weird, it’s the way you’re acting.”

Rihanna responded: “But I feel that way about you. I feel like you’ve been acting weird.”

Omar then replied: “Your feelings aren’t facts, unfortunately. I do appreciate the way you feel a lot but it’s just not a fact and it's completely irrelevant to the real world. So what you want to feel, feel, my guy. There’s nothing I can do about feelings and that, bro.”

Rihanna then called time on their relationship telling him: “I want to be okay with you. But this is not going anywhere.

“Maybe it was just, this whole thing was just a bad idea. Because I just don’t think it’s going anywhere.”

Omar agreed with Rihanna then standing up and walking off as she said the pair would remain ‘friends’.

While fans have seen the couple’s relationship go through several ups and downs during their time on the show, some viewers found tonight’s scenes ‘uncomfortable’ to watch with some vowing to contact Ofcom to complain about the episode.

One Big Brother viewer said: “Yeah this may have to be my last time watching this show. It’s getting extremely uncomfortable to watch.”

Another commented: “Haven’t made a Big Brother complaint in years but had to be done, tonight’s episode was a tough watch.”

A third said: “That was an uncomfortable watch between Rhianna and Omar.”

Others called for Omar to be booted from the Big Brother house due to his behaviour on the show in the past few weeks.

Elsewhere on last night’s episode viewers saw Philip and Twinks bury the hatchet, as he told her he was ‘very, very sorry’ if he had made her feel uncomfortable following their disagreement on Friday (16 October).

After accepting his apology, Twinks said she believes the pair could ‘get on really well’ before the duo then hugged things out.
