David Haye’s time on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! South Africa came to an end on Monday (20 April).
After a string of controversial comments and moments, the boxer’s campmates opted not to save him and he exited alongside Gemma Collins.
The 45-year-old was slammed as ‘sexist’ for his ‘ugly bird’ comments but the biggest backlash seemed to come for his treatment of Adam Thomas.
Former I’m A Celeb star Carol Vorderman branded it as ‘bullying’ while Ant and Dec admitted it was uncomfortable to watch.

Both Haye and Thomas have since spoken out on the situation, with it seeming as though they’ve moved past it. But the former boxing champ as now posted a bit of a bizarre Instagram Story referencing the moment.
Haye reposted an image shared by an AI branding page, AurexisAi, which showed a portrait of him in his boxing camera, putting his middle finger up to the camera.
But the audio brings things out of the ring and into the I’m A Celeb camp as it features a clip from what seems to be Thomas’ voice.
“I got no issues David, you’re my issue right now,” he can be heard saying.
This moment happened in the camp in one of the final conversations, as Haye said the actor lacked the ‘mental strength’ to carry on in a group trial and questioned if he had ‘some issues’ going on outside.
Thomas then hit back with his response as he also added: “Shut up man. All day every day for two days straight, just chill."
He accused Haye of ‘coming for me 24/7’ and when the boxer said he was ‘sorry’, Thomas added: “You’re not bro.”

Haye’s comments on Thomas
Haye branded the actor as ‘useless’ after he complained that he 'didn't feel well' and was 'dehydrated'.
Following their row, he told his campmates he ‘didn’t want to really upset’ Thomas.
And having exited the camp, he said of the Waterloo Road star: “No bad blood from my side. Look, I've been immersed in tough boxing gyms since I was ten years old. Literally fighting daily, much bigger men than myself, pushing myself to the limits, physically and mentally. I won the world heavyweight championship against a seven-foot Russian giant.
“So when a grown man tells me that a fun TV show - where we're being paid handsomely every single day - is the hardest thing he's ever been through, it's just not a frequency I recognise. I was actually on my best behaviour in there, honestly. I've spoken to Adam, I've said my piece, and some of what's still to air will speak for itself. I'll leave it there."

Thomas says Haye ‘broke’ him
In an Instagram post, the actor explained how having psoriatic arthritis really ‘took its toll’ while on the show as he found it ‘exhausting’ to ‘pretend to put on a brave face’ and hide the pain.
“There were days my body just didn’t want to keep going, but I did,” Thomas wrote on Instagram as he shared a picture from the show that ‘breaks my heart’.
“I know on the inside what I was dealing with and truth be told I thought it was all my fault.”
He added that he wishes he’d ‘spoke up’ for himself sooner but that he’s in a ‘much better place now’.
“I let go of the anger, had the conversations I needed to have, and chose peace. What I’m most proud of, is at times like this I wanted to walk, I wanted to quit but I didn’t. Even when I wanted to walk away, even when it felt like too much, I never give up! and that means everything to me,” Thomas continued.
“He broke me in there, he pushed me to my limits, and I’ve told David this and he’s apologised and that’s that! I’ve moved on now, am not one to hold a grudge.”
LADbible Group contacted representatives for Haye for comment.
