New Clip Shows Dec Hosting Without Ant Ahead Of 'Saturday Night Takeaway'

The new promo for this week's Saturday Night Takeaway is out and shows a brief shot of host Dec presenting without pal Ant.

In the clip Scarlett Moffatt - who is reported to be taking on a bigger share of presenting duties alongside Stephen Mulhern in Ant's absence - is a Virgin Atlantic flight attendant and tells the passengers to look at their screens, where a clip of Dec standing alone on stage is shown.

Scarlett can be seen getting a bunch of excited holiday-makers ready for their flight.

The final episode of the show, which airs on 7 April, is shot at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida and hundreds of families will be flown out there for free to take part.

Saturday's show will be the first to air since Ant checked into rehab following his arrest for drink driving.

According to the Radio Times, Scarlett and Stephen will be handing out prizes to audience members, which has previously been done by Ant.

After Ant's high-profile arrest many fans were left wondering if the show would even air its final three episodes - however, after taking a break last weekend Dec took to Twitter to write: "Whilst I never thought I'd be in this position, after much discussion and careful consideration we've decided that the remaining two shows of this series of Saturday Night Takeaway will go ahead.

"We made a promise to take hundreds of deserving winners to Florida to watch the series finale, and we will honour that.

"Everyone at ITV and the Takeaway team feels we owe it to the audience to complete the series."

This is also the first show since Dec announced that he and his wife Ali Astall are expecting their child.

Sharing a snap from their wedding to Instagram, Dec wrote: "Just wanted to say thank you for all the lovely messages. The news has sneaked out a little earlier than we had hoped but Ali and I are delighted to be expecting our first child. Thanks for all the love, we really appreciate it."
