A model with the 'world's biggest cheeks' has shared a series of shocking throwback snaps to show fans what she used to look like - going on to ask people which they would 'choose'.
Anastasia Pokreshchuk is now famous for her unique appearance - specifically her protruding cheeks, which are the result of £1,500 ($2,100) worth of cosmetic procedures including cheek fillers.
Anastasia, who lives in Kiev, Ukraine, shared the throwback snaps of what she used to look like - shocking her 253,000 fans with the transformation.

In the pictures, she can be seen posing with brunette hair, brown eyes, as well as the obvious - no visible facial fillers.
Comparatively, Anastasia now sports hot pink hair, coloured blue contact lenses, dramatic make-up and carefully chiselled cheek bones. Oh and her lips have also been enlarged over the years.
Although she clearly prefers her new appearance, Anastasia took to Instagram to see which her followers liked better, writing: "Transformation - 26 and 32. Who will you choose?"

The post has racked up more than 21,000 likes and more than 1,600 comments so far, with people seemingly torn.
One fan said she looks 'like a superhero from Marvel' with her new appearance - a comment that Anastasia seemed to appreciate, responding 'yes' with a love heart emoji.
Another follower said she was 'very beautiful' at 26, to which Anastasia simply responded, 'No.'

While some weren't sold on her new look, the social media star loves her appearance.
She previously said: "After I had the injections and saw the changes in my cheeks, I fell in love with them. I understand that they look weird for other people but I don't mind."
Anastasia says the fillers have boosted her confidence, explaining that before she started getting the injections, she was too shy to post photos of herself online. She explained: "I was ashamed of everything; my voice, my appearance. It was really hard work."
But after getting injections in her cheeks her confidence levels flew up.

She went on: "I think I was ugly before. My mom thinks that I was naturally beautiful before, but now thinks I look more exotic and my friends say my new appearance is better because before I looked like a grey mouse."
Anastasia says her looks attract plenty of attention and she often receives messages from thirsty fellas, but has also had the odd nasty message.
"I've had people tell me I am an ugly b***h and that I should kill myself but when I see it I just laugh it off and ignore it," she said.
