Nothing beats a Spoons breakfast, does it? An absolute go-to for those of us who are hungover or just in the mood for a cheap and cheerful fry up.

But one bloke reckons he's come up with a hack to get the brekkie for even cheaper.

Wetherspoons is a classic among Brits thanks to its wide selection of affordable pints and a food menu with more than you'd expect for similarly reasonable prices - a popular pit stop for breakfast or for pre-drinks before a going out out.

How many places in the world are that versatile?

But what if there was a way to pay even less for what you get at Spoons?

Well, YouTuber Charlie, known by his handle CharlieVlogs, reckons he's cracked the code.

The creator has over 58,000 subscribers and it known for his food content on the site, sharing the best and cheapest food places to eat in the UK and Europe.

Charlie has revealed that there is actually a way to get a fried breakfast at the pub chain for 'half price' without adding any discount codes, doing anything dodgy or even getting out of your seat.

Calling it an 'absolute bargain', his hack could really change the game for punters, especially since he was in Central London, one of the more expensive places in the country.

According to Charlie, by ordering the components of the breakfast as sides, you pay less than half of the full price.

As a result, an English breakfast - a meal that usually costs nearly £10 at the Spoons in Victoria Station - cost the influencer just £3.43.

Charlie explained: “Usually in Central London they put their prices up for breakfast. It’s about six, seven, eight quid but let me show you how to get a Wetherspoons breakfast for about £3.50.

“Absolute bargain mate. It’s easy mate, it’s so easy. So what you can actually do is get these breakfast extras on their own like you don’t have to get them on the side.

“If my maths is correct it comes to about £3.43. Two rashers of bacon, baked beans, and a fried egg. Listen you ain’t getting a cheaper or better breakfast than that in Central London. Impossible, it’s so expensive here,” the social media personality highlighted.

Enjoying his meal, he shared the same thoughts as the rest of us that things taste better when they're cheap.

“Another reason that I brought you to Victoria Station is because I wanted to show you that you can get cheap deals even in the most touristy and the most expensive central hub locations,” he added.

While in London, he also advised viewers to put their bag on the table so you can keep an eye on it, if not, 'it will get nabbed'.

His followers appreciated the tip, with one commenting: "Love a spoons breakfast. Love your vids too"

Another said: "You're onto an absolute winner here" and a third adding: "Brilliant."

A different user posted: "Over priced London as per normal, some useful info there fella!"
