A popular Legoland ride has undergone a ‘major’ makeover, and you can check it out for less with a clever booking hack.

Plunged three metres underwater, Deep Sea Adventure recently closed down for a year for the refurbishment to take place, and has now opened its doors once again at Legoland Windsor Resort.

Masterfully built out of 240,000 bricks, the incredible attraction took over 2,190 hours to create, and is a sight to behold.

If the new photographs are anything to go by, we’re in for a treat, with real-life sea creatures such as real-life sharks and stingrays.

It’s hard to tell what’s real and what’s not, as the sea life is swimming against giant Lego creatures, from a giant red crab and octopus to a treasure chest. To see the ride up close, you will board a yellow submarine to view the attraction behind a glass screen.

Speaking about the grand reopening, Vice President of Legoland Windsor Resort, said: “We are thrilled to be bringing back the much-loved Deep Sea Adventure attraction, inviting explorers of all ages to embark on this incredible underwater journey.

“The attraction offers a unique blend of education and entertainment, allowing guests to dive deep into marine habitats and discover the wonders of the ocean - all from the comfort of a Lego Submarine. We can't wait to welcome everyone back for a truly splash-tastic adventure filled with hidden treasures, fascinating sea creatures, and unforgettable memories.”

If you’re keen to get a round of family golf in, then you can pay extra for the One Day Entry + Golf offer. You will gain access to the park, plus one nine-hole game of Adventure Golf. If you and your family are massively into Lego, then you might want to consider an annual pass. Prices start from £59 and grant you up to 10% off retail and 20% off food and drinks in the park, depending on the pass you choose.
