Warning: This article contains discussion of suicide which some readers may find distressing

We're getting behind Movember, and giving you the chance to kick-start your fundraising campaign - as well as win an experience for you and a group of mates (because everything's better with your mates around, right?)

All you have to do is sign up for Movember, set up your Mo Space and tell us in 25 words or less the name of your Movember fundraising team, and why you’re fundraising this Movember. Then, just submit it through the link below. Meanwhile, you can get started on your fundraising goal by sharing your Mo Space to encourage people to donate and even get involved themselves.

Movember's right around the corner, and with this giveaway we're celebrating lads all around Australia who are gearing up to Grow their best Mo in support of men's health.

Why? With a man dying from suicide every minute globally, and men dying, on average, five years earlier than women from largely preventable causes, now’s as good a time as ever to get involved.

You can rock your mightiest Mo to get involved with Movember, and absolutely give it your best (remember: no beards and start clean-shaven!) Or, you can commit to walking or running 60kms throughout the month of November to remember the 60 men who lose their lives to suicide every hour around the globe.

We’ll give one lucky winner who signs up to Movember and sends through their Mo Space profile an extra $5,000 toward their fundraising goal. What could be better? It’s all going to a good cause — and gives you the confidence and motivation to aim even higher.

On top of that, the winner will also receive a $500 gift card to go and enjoy an experience where you and your best mates can do what you do best: laugh, banter, and remember just how bloody good it is (for you and your health) to have such a strong support network around you.

So, what are you waiting for? Head to Movember’s website to sign up now and set up your Mo Space, and get prepped to sprout your best stache all in the name of men’s health.

If this story has brought up issues for you, help is available via Lifeline at 13 11 14 and movember.com/findhelp.
