They went head to head on some tradie hot takes — “is choccy milk the superior thirst quencher?” — before tackling subjects that really matter, like the mental health of the people you work with and getting the rest you need. All the tradies we spoke to were unanimous on the fact that being there for yourself and being there for those next to you is truly what being tough is all about.
