Ryanair is having a flash sale meaning you can pick up some cheap as chips flights, but you’ll need to be quick.

While large parts of the UK have been met with snow this week, you may already be dreaming of your next sun-soaked break - but make sure you’re fully up to date with all the new travel rules in place for Brits this year.

And if you are already planning your next trip, but are hoping to do it on the cheap - then look no further than budget airline Ryanair, which is currently having a flash sale where you can bag yourself some flights for as little as £12.99 each way. Not bad, eh?

You can travel from a range of airports up and down the UK including Manchester, London Stansted, Liverpool, Birmingham, Glasgow and Belfast International - and can head out to destinations such as Alicante, Barcelona, Madrid and Lanzarote in Spain; Rome, Pisa, Milan and Naples in Italy; Faro in Portugal; Katowice and Gdansk in Poland as well as a host of other destinations such as Switzerland, Budapest in Hungary, Sweden and Germany.

You can nab one-way flights to Pisa in Italy for just £12.99.

So, if you fancied a bit of winter sunshine later this month you could fly out from London Stansted to Valencia in Spain on 22 January and stay for a week, departing on 29 January, with return flights costing you just £26.22 per person.

Once there, booking.com has rooms available for as little as £159 for the week.

The prices don’t include any extras such as choosing your seat or a 10kg cabin bag, but does include a small personal bag - measuring 40x20x25cm - that you might be able to cram everything in if you’re only going away for a couple of days.

If you do fancy upgrading so you can include a 10kg overhead locker bag, priority boarding and your choice of seat it will cost you around £23 per person per flight.

As ever with the flash sales, you need to act fast to snap one up as the offer ends at midnight tonight (17 January).

The flights on offer can be booked between today and 30 June this year, but with prices so low they’re bound to fill up pretty quick.

If you want to see a full list of the destinations on offer, or book yourself a flight, you can do so here.

Right, I'm off to dig out my passport, see you later.
