Despite just being four months old, the seriously cool baby Phelps already has his own Instagram page and has bagged a shit load more followers that most - more than 250,000 even (that's 60,000 followers a month)!
The Internet sensation's career highlight came this week at the Rio Olympics. Just like his daddy, the mini lad is being recognised in the aquatics centre. Not yet able to paddle, let alone swim, it's his awesome oversized protective earmuffs that have been the highlight of the Games so far.
With his hundreds and thousands of followers on social media, he's now become a fashion icon and babies everywhere are falling over themselves to get their hands on a set from his collection. An empire is born.
