In a world that is littered with knobhead upon knobhead, a reminder that there are some people out there who are still a cut above the rest is always welcomed.

Cameron Erving, of the Cleveland Browns, is one of those people.

Cameron made a young disabled girl very happy when he took her to prom after her boyfriend died.

Elna Wright, who suffers from a rare progressive disorder, and is in a wheelchair because of it, lost her boyfriend and so had no date to prom.

After Elna's parents posted on social media to see if an athlete would take their daughter to prom, Big Erv took her hand and said he'd be her date.

The 23-year-old organised a limo and then posed for photos with Elna, before accompanying her to the dance.

Elna was crowned homecoming queen and Cameron said making the teenager smile was "the biggest thing."

Amazing.
