You Can Buy This Island For A Third Of The Cost Of A House In Central London

According to RightMove, the average house price in Central London is £1,364,805. That's crazy. Come on, everyone. It's never going to happen.

Everyone just needs to move up north where it's cheaper and friendlier and a house will cost you...well...a lot less.

Or, you could get £500k and buy this awesome Scottish island.

Nah, really. I shit you not.

According to Metro, the island comes with a three bedroom cottage, which includes a bathroom, kitchen and living room (handy) as well as a little wooden outhouse. It also has nine acres of forest area and 'wild gardens' and can apparently be accessed easily via the Crinan Canal.

I'd happily live out my days on such a gorgeous looking island. Having said that, it's already stirring up a lot of interest (obviously) so will probably be snapped up pretty sharpish.

Ah well, there'll be another island for sale soon, right? Guys?
