King Joffrey... remember him? That once-upon-a-time dickbag from Game of Thrones? It turns out the actor who played him, Jack Gleeson, isn't so much a dickbag but a stand-up guy. A New York Comic-Con attendee type of guy. One who's willing to answer all your GOT-related questions two years after his character's demise.

Last Friday, at the NY Comic-con, Gleeson revealed among other things how he personally would've chosen to kill Joffrey ('shot by a crossbow') and his favourite scene while a cast member: the one after he died and: "Got to sleep for the whole day, which [was] amazing."

He also said he knew Joffrey was doomed prior to the show even beginning.

When quizzed about who will end up on the Iron Throne, Gleeson made the shout that in fact no-one will end up on it as it won't even exist anymore. How? Melted down so the Valyrian steel in it can be used to fight the White Walkers. It's a popular fan theory and a pretty logical one at that.

"I think that's kind of a cool idea. The monarchy is literally dissolved," he said.

Perhaps best of all, Gleeson reanimated Joffrey on-cue at the request of a fan.
