Bouncer Lad Accidentally Used His Petite Girlfriend's Passport To Get To Germany - And No-one Questioned Him On It

Josh Reed is a bouncer. He's six foot tall, bearded, and has short hair. Basically, he looks nothing like a petite, long-haired woman.

Or so any reasonable person would think.

He accidentally picked up his girlfriend's passport instead of his own when he was heading off on a lad's football holiday. However, he still managed to get onto his flight without anyone asking any questions.

He didn't notice the mix up until he'd got through airport security and onto the Ryanair flight to Dortmund at Stansted.

Josh, 21, told us: "I was just completely shocked at how the hell I look like a small brunette female.

"It's terrible that it wasn't noticed at all."

Luckily, he managed to get through the German airport with his driver's licence and his lovely girlfriend, Sophie, sent his real passport via courier for the return journey.

Understandably, he's now raising concerns about airport security. You and me both, pal.

He said: "Just makes me wonder how many people are going in and out of the country with passports that look like them, let alone a opposite sex passport."

Ryanair spoke to The Sun and said: "Swissport, our handling agent at the boarding gate, mistakenly failed to check the passport of this passenger.

"It assured us appropriate steps will be taken to prevent a recurrence."

Whoops.
