Ever done something incredible like downed a beer in less than three seconds and then spewed it all over yourself while jumping up and down celebrating the victory?
This is kind of like that but Sun Yang isn't a pathetic waste of space who does stupid shit to impress his mates in an attempt to feel a sense of acceptance, he's a professional athlete. Oh, and, it didn't happen in front of a few pals down the pub, it happened in front of the entire world.

The Chinese swimmer had just won a gold medal in Rio after acing the 200m freestyle final. As the crowd clapped and cheered his victory, he attempted to throw his swimming cap into the stands, only for it to somehow go flying in the completely wrong direction and end up in the pool.
He's now being unmercifully ripped on Twitter for the mishap...
Poor lad had a nightmare.
