What The Fuck Is This Black Alien River Monster Roaming The Thames?

Going by this recent YouTube upload, there's a big fuck-off monster fish in the Thames.

Filmed on a cable car in Greenwich by YouTube user Penn Plate, the video appears to show a Loch Ness Monster type-creature breaking the surface of the Thames before disappearing again.

OK, the footage is terrible. There's no zoom, and it's filmed in portrait. But look at it.

Is it a PR stunt? A bunch of crap from the nearby construction yard? Or some undiscovered alien sea-monster/your mum?

I have no idea. Even so, I've got the taste for this sort of thing now, so here's a massive bloody shark.
