Facebook's 'Key Interview Question' Is Surprisingly Difficult

Working for Facebook seems like my dream job. Imagine getting paid to look at social media all day.

Okay, I guess technically I already have that job. But still. FACEBOOK.

In an interview with Business Insider, Facebook's global head of recruiting, Miranda Kalinowshi, revealed their 'million dollar question' when it comes down to deciding whether or not you'd be a good fit in the business.

"On your very best day at work - the day you come home and think you have the best job in the world - what did you do that day?"

You can see why it's their favourite question. It's not something you'd expect (unless you read it on the internet prior to interview - you're welcome) and it reveals a lot about your personality. If your answer is something like "oh, all the computers went down and we got to go home early", then you're probably not the right person for the job.
