I know that vapers get a lot of stick for being lame and whatnot, but as a smoker I have to say - fair play. End of the day, you're trying to give up smoking and that's fair enough.
Unless you're one of those kids that just vapes to look 'cool', in that case: bleurgh. No.
Anyway, according to the Metro if you vape you shouldn't blow it out of your nose. Why though?

Apparently, it can really damage your nostrils. This is down to the main chemical in e-cigs - propylene glycol (PG). It can suck the moisture out of your nostrils.
The Metro spoke to one bloke who had a bit of a nightmare. William Keeler told them that at one point he was 'picking bits of flesh from his nostrils'. Ew.
He also said that he could 'smell poo' constantly. A few months after he stopped blowing it out of his nose, the symptoms desisted.
The long-term effects of vaping are not yet known as it is a relatively new invention.

If you don't want to smell poo wherever you go though, it's probably worth blowing out of your mouth.
