New Study Claims You Know If You're Going To Have A Good Day Or Not 'By 8:12am'

Bad news for most of us.

If I had it my way, no-one would start work until 11am. To be fair, is anyone really awake before then?

Sadly, that's not the real world. Like many of you, I start work at 8am. But give me a coffee and I'm alright.

A new study shows that you know by 8:12am whether or not you're going to have a good day. Students, this doesn't apply to you. You probably won't be awake.

It was carried out on 2,000 people who were surveyed to find out what gets them going in the morning.

A huge quarter of those claimed that their mood is often ruined by their boss, a third blamed it on their partner and I assume those who are single and self-employed laughed into their Cheerios every morning.

The study was conducted for The Berry Company for some reason.

However, they came up with some novel ways to make sure that you're as happy as Larry every day when the clock hits 8:12am.

Apparently 41% of people said that 'relaxing' helped them with their bad mood. No shit, Sherlock.

Thirty-six percent of those involved claimed listening to music soothed their mood and 25 percent liked to eat some food to sort them out.

Eating your feelings? I'm a massive fan.

So there you go. If you're pissed off in the morning you should eat, relax or listen to music. If none of that works, quit your job or split up with your partner. Sorted.
