UFC Release Raw Close Up Footage Of McGregor And Mayweather's Head-To-Head

Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor got up very close and pretty bloody personal last night but we didn't actually know what the pair had said to each other at the stare down.

I feel like I've been writing about Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather's fight for about a year already, and that's just based on the last two nights.

The pair met yesterday and ended up squaring up to each other but we weren't sure what was said until now:

As always, when two boxers come face-to-face, half of it is just incoherent nonsense when neither man actually acknowledges what the other is saying.

The two fighters repeated a lot of what they'd said to each other on the stage with the mics turned up for the Los Angeles crowd.

Mayweather let the UFC lightweight champion that he would be 'easy work,' whilst the Irishman told the man who is coming out of retirement for the second time in his career that in a proper fight he would kill him.

Last night was a lot of fun in fairness. Image: PA

The men were kept apart by Floyd Mayweather Snr, who would later interrupt McGregor at his press conference, and UFC president Dana White.

Round two is tonight, and at this rate, each actual boxing round feels like a long way off yet.
